Once you've completed and submitted these forms, we will work closely with you to schedule an evaluation at a time that aligns with both your availability and our therapist's schedule. If our assessment indicates that specialized intervention is advisable, our experienced evaluator will develop a personalized care plan. This plan will be thoughtfully discussed with parents or caregivers, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the treatment approach. Additionally, the frequency and duration of your sessions will be determined based on the results of the evaluation, tailored to best meet your unique needs.

While Loud & Clear Speech Inc. operates as a private pay practice, there may be instances where we recommend obtaining a referral from your child's pediatrician to ensure comprehensive care. If required, we kindly request they email the referral to us at hello@loudandclearspeechtherapy.com. Rest assured that our primary focus is on delivering high-quality speech therapy services to best support your child's communication needs.

At this time, we are an out-of-network provider, so we do not process billing directly through individual insurance claims for speech-language services. We bill you at the time services are rendered. However, we can provide all the necessary documentation so you can submit it to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. These include: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Zelle, debit cards, cards from Health Saving Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). We are also proud to announce that we are providers for the Step Up for Students: FES-UA Scholarship. Please note, there may be added fees when using credit cards.

Loud & Clear Speech, Inc. (at this time) unfortunately does not participate in or submit directly to insurance plans. We have learned that by not billing insurance companies directly, we are able to provide individualized, elevated and expert therapy services directly to the patient and family. It is based on the needs of the child and what is in the best therapeutic interest, as opposed to those benefits being determined by a third party. Third party providers don’t always deem our services ‘necessary’ and are limited to treating only certain children with a certain approved diagnosis. They unfairly disqualify children from services that truly need our support.

Payment is requested at the time of service and may be made via Zelle, debit card, or credit card. We are also a direct provider for the Family Empowerment Scholarship for students with Unique Abilities (formerly known as Gardiner) through Step Up for Students.

For those that have out-of-network benefits with their insurance, we do provide a Superbill, which is a receipt of service inclusive of all necessary codes/information should you wish to submit it. However, we cannot guarantee reimbursement. We recommend you call your insurance ahead of time in order to understand what to expect as far as reimbursement. For those participating in an HSA/FSA plan, you are able to use those funds for direct payment.

Lastly, we are happy to assist with recommendations for your local and national scholarships that may assist with the financial investment for therapy.

At this time, we provide all of our speech therapy sessions virtually. Teletherapy is provided via a secure online platform. Research indicates that online speech treatment is just as effective as in-person speech therapy, and sometimes even more effective! With the online platform, you can receive therapy in the comfort of your own home without worrying about traffic or weather!

At this time, we are only offering online speech-language therapy services to those living in the state of FLORIDA. If you are interested in booking a parent coaching session, this can be done from any state in the U.S.A.

Not to worry! If your child has difficulty paying attention, it will be the first skill we work on in speech therapy. Attention is closely linked to language, so we will work with your child to improve their attention and language skills.
